Thanks for visiting the WoofJet website and/or mobile applications (collectively, the “Website”). The terms “we,” “us,” “our” and “WoofJet” refer to WoofInc, Corp. a California corporation, and/or our subsidiaries. The term “you” refers to the user interacting with the Website, contributing content on the Website and/or completing a booking on the Website or through our customer service agents.

This Privacy Policy describes our policies for the collection, use and disclosure of information about you and your pets in connection with your use of our services, including those offered through our Website, emails, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”). When you use the Service, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy.

Booking with third party suppliers through WoofJet

WoofJet offers you the ability to search for, select, and book travel reservations with third-party suppliers without leaving the WoofJet site experience. By booking through us, you accept the practices described in our Privacy Policy and all of these terms and conditions. In addition, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, that you possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and use the Website in accordance with these terms and conditions, and that all information you supply is true and accurate. You further agree that you will use the booking services only to make legitimate reservations for you or others for whom you are legally authorized to act. Any false or fraudulent reservation is prohibited, and any user who attempts such a reservation will have his or her WoofJet account terminated. Again, if you have a WoofJet account, you will safeguard your account information and will supervise and be completely responsible for any use of your account by anyone other than you.

AS A USER OF THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING FOR BOOKING, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: (1) NEITHER WOOFJET NOR ITS AFFILIATES WILL HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU OR OTHERS FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS MADE USING YOUR PASSWORD OR ACCOUNT; AND (2) THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR PASSWORD OR ACCOUNT COULD CAUSE YOU TO INCUR LIABILITY TO BOTH WOOFJET AND OTHERS.

WoofJet offers its customers the ability to book travel with one or more third-party travel partners and/or suppliers via the WoofJet Website. If you complete a booking on the Website, we will collect your payment information and booking details and transmit such information to that third-party travel partner and/or supplier. Please be aware that WoofJet is not the supplier of your travel booking and, as such, is not the entity that processes your payment or fulfills your reservation.

WoofJet and its affiliates will not interfere with bookings arbitrarily, but we reserve the right to cancel or not process a booking because of certain extenuating circumstances, such as when a reservation is no longer available or when we have reasonable cause to suspect that a booking request may be fraudulent. WoofJet also reserves the right to take steps to verify your identity to process your booking.

In the unlikely event that a reservation is available when you make a booking on the Website but becomes unavailable prior to check-in, your sole remedy will be to contact the third-party travel partner and/or supplier to make alternative arrangements or to cancel your booking.

WoofJet is not a travel supplier and does not provide or own transportation services or accommodations. Although WoofJet displays information about properties owned by third-party suppliers and facilitates travel bookings with third-party travel partners and suppliers, such actions do not in any way imply, suggest, or constitute WoofJet sponsorship or approval of those third parties, or any affiliation between WoofJet and those third parties. Although WoofJet customers may rate and review particular properties based on their own experiences, WoofJet does not endorse or recommend the products or services of any third parties. You agree that WoofJet is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of information it obtains from third parties and displays on the Website.

If you book a reservation on WoofJet, you agree to review and be bound by the third-party travel partner’s and supplier’s terms and conditions of purchase and site use, privacy policy, and any other rules or policies related to the supplier’s property. Your interactions with third-party travel partners and suppliers are at your own risk. WoofJet will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any third-party travel partners and suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your interactions with third parties.

This Website may link you to third-party travel partner and supplier sites or other websites that WoofJet does not operate or control. For further information, please refer to the “Links to Third-Party Sites” section below.

WoofJet offers its customers the ability to view information about rental accommodations advertised by third-party travel partners and/or suppliers, including property owners and managers (each, an “Advertiser”). WoofJet does not own, manage or contract for any vacation rental property listed on the Website. WoofJet is not a party to rental transactions between travelers and Advertisers, and, as such, shall have no liability in connection with any dispute or conflict involving an actual or potential rental transaction between you and an Advertiser, including the quality, condition, safety or legality of a listed property, the accuracy of the listing content, the Advertiser’s ability to rent a rental property, or your ability to pay for a rental property.

Booking with third party suppliers through WoofJet

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. THIS SECTION LIMITS WOOFJET'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE.
